Application Form (Regular Seasonal Class)

This program is the official term-based Mandarin course at our Language Center, designed for long-term learners. It is also the required program for FR visa and HES scholarship applicants.

◎ Program Information

• Each term consists of 150 hours.
• The course is scheduled in the morning or afternoon on weekdays, with 15 hours per week for 10 weeks.
• Students will be placed according to proficiency level, from Beginner to Advanced.
• Each course requires a minimum of 5 students to open and will be conducted in person only.

◎ Deposit and Payment Policy

Applicants are required to pay a deposit of NT$3,000 in advance. This deposit will be included in the tuition fee. When the remaining tuition is paid, the deposit amount will be deducted. However, the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is due to personal reasons, such as visa application issues or personal schedule changes.

After deducting the deposit already paid, the remaining tuition fee must be paid in full before the course begins. Installment payments are not available.

◎ Registration and Course Notes

• Students who need an FR visa or are applying for the HES scholarship must choose this class.
• Course schedules will be provided no later than 2 weeks before the course begins.
• Registration will be considered successful only after the application form is completed and all required fees are paid. Applicants who fail to complete the process within the specified deadline will be regarded as having waived their application, and no further notice will be given.
• The Language Center reserves the right to adjust course dates, times, and instructors.
• In the event of national holidays or natural disasters, classes will be postponed accordingly; however, the total number of course hours will remain unchanged.
