Position:

  1. Undertake course enrollment and administrative services.
  2. Undertake language training courses for:
    Acceptance of application and on-site registration.
    Tuition fee collection (refund).
  3. Undertake the course business of the "高中生預修大學第二外語專班" by the Ministry of Education.
  4. Undertake the course business of the "產業投資人才計畫" by the Ministry of Labor.
  5. The procurement-related businesses (such as office supplies, computer equipment, office furniture and teaching equipment).
  6. Funding planning,claim reimbursement, refunds, etc:
    Language training courses.
    Faculty and staff funding.
    Budget formulation and implementation.
    Expense verification and reimbursement.
    Project funding application and implementation.
  7. Receiving, signing, and archiving official documents.
  8. Website update and maintenance.
  9. The management of various items and property of the center.
  10. Other assignments.

  1. Language test related business:
    Undertake TOEIC and TOEFL test co-organizer business.
    Undertake the CUTFL test co-organizer business.
    Undertake the TOPIK test co-organizer business.
    Examiners' problem solving.
  2. Assist in the course business of the "高中生預修大學第二外語專班" by the Ministry of Education.
  3. Assist in the course business of the "產業投資人才計畫" by the Ministry of Labor.
  4. Assist in the language training courses:
