Responsibilities:

  1. Handling course recruitment and related administrative affairs.
  2. Managing extension education language courses, including online and on-site registration, payment collection, and refund processing.
  3. Handling the Ministry of Education K-12 Education Administration program, “Second Foreign Language Preparatory Courses for Senior High School Students.”
  4. Handling course application, course opening, and closing procedures for the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, “Industrial Human Resource Investment Program.”
  5. Handling center procurement, including office supplies, computer equipment, office furniture, and teaching equipment.
  6. Handling budget-related affairs, including budget planning for language extension courses, payment processing for instructors and staff, unit budget planning and execution, reimbursement and accounting, and project budget application and execution.
  7. Handling official document receipt, dispatch, approval processing, follow-up, and filing.
  8. Updating and maintaining the center website.
  9. Managing center property and supplies.
  10. Handling other assigned tasks.

  1. Handling language test-related affairs, including assisting with TOEIC and TOEFL tests, the CU-TFL Thai Proficiency Test, and LTTC language proficiency tests.
  2. Assisting with the Ministry of Education K-12 Education Administration program, “Second Foreign Language Preparatory Courses for Senior High School Students.”
  3. Assisting with courses under the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, “Industrial Human Resource Investment Program.”
